What do you think about the comparison of scenes in which Strike arrives to a woman’s home for a meal she’s prepared. Do I have this right? Silkworm: Arrives at Nina’s late and empty handed and lies about why, then takes a call from Robin and lies and says it’s urgent. He thinks about Charlotte (who would have been physically violent) then takes a call from Al. Lethal White: arrives and takes a long call from Izzy (a client who flirts with him) and then Barclay, resulting in Lorelei feeling and acting unhappy, which eventually leads to a fight. IBH : arrives on time, with a bottle of wine, takes a call from Madeline and lies to Madeline. He then makes genuine apology to Robin, who accepts his apology. Finally, he tells Robin the truth about Madeline.

Great character development for Pat, for sure, really started to like her after that scene.
